PEGNet Supported Projects
For strengthening research cooperation between its member institutions, PEGNet initiated a Research Cooperation Programme in 2007. Research results are expected to have a strong leverage as regards sustainable poverty reduction and to provide a significant contribution towards evaluating and monitoring progress in poverty reduction.
The Research Cooperation Programme allows individual network members and member institutions to work together on joint research projects. It supports:
- Joint research
- Capacity building
- Dissemination of knowledge
- Data collection
The programme had two components: The PEGNet Travel Grant and the PEGNet Small Project Grant. All PEGNet grant schemes are closed. We do not accept further applications.
PEGNet has supported a number of small research projects that are in line with our overall research agenda and has helped to initiate large scale projects.
