Complaints procedure
The Complaints Office was established under the State Commissioner for People with Disabilities of Schleswig-Holstein, in line with § 12 LBGG. You can contact that office if you are not satisfied with the response from the above-mentioned option of reporting the problem to us. If you do contact the Complaints Office, it would nonetheless remain our goal to find a solution to the problem together, and out of court, with their help.
The complaints procedure is free of charge. You do not need legal assistance.
You will find all the information about the complaints procedure and how it works on the website of the Complaints Office on barriers to information from public authorities on the internet.
